Using the website

The site displays information and photographs about Packwood Enterprise. It does not currently use an on-site analytics service, advertising pixels or account login.

The hosting provider may process ordinary technical information needed to serve and protect the website, such as request details and IP addresses. This site does not give you an account or store a browsing profile in its own application database.

Project planner and messages

The project planner runs in your browser. It helps you prepare an editable email draft. Using the planner alone does not send your answers to Packwood Enterprise. If online inquiry sending is available and you select “Send project inquiry,” your name, contact details and project note are submitted to Packwood Enterprise through its hosting and email providers, including Resend. If you instead open an email draft, you must send it from your email application; delivery depends on the email systems involved.

An online form may also be available on the contact page. It submits only when you select “Send project inquiry.” If you call or email directly, you choose what information to share. Packwood Enterprise may use it to respond and discuss your inquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive financial or identity information in an initial project message.

Links to Facebook and the Better Business Bureau open third-party websites with their own practices. This notice describes only the Packwood Enterprise website.
